Department Billing Cycles


The City of Ardmore Water Billing Department issues billing for water, sewage, and garbage in 3 different cycles each month:
  • Cycle 1: Bills mailed on the 20th are due on the 5th of the following month
  • Cycle 2: Bills mailed on the 1st are due on the 15th
  • Cycle 3: Bills mailed on the 10th are due on the 25th
Penalties are applied at the close of business on the due date.

Service Connection Fees


All new accounts pay a $25 service connection fee to begin service. A deposit of $150 is required for all rental customers and a deposit of  $200 for customers with an outstanding balance.  For commercial accounts deposit, contact the Water Billing Office at 223-0784. Homeowners are not required to pay a deposit, but are required to show proof of purchase or sales agreement. ID and Social Security verification is required with a rental agreement or sales contract. 


Payments​


The Water Billing Department accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Also, for your convenience automatic bank draft is offered as well as online bill pay, over the counter and a drop box at the corner of A St. and Hinkle at the Northwest corner of City Hall.

The City of Ardmore Water Billing Department is also responsible for the issuing and sales of the following permits and licenses:
  • Beer License
  • Fishing Permits
  • Mixed Beverage License
  • Package Store License to Sell Beer
  • Pawn Shop Permits
  • Taxi Cab License
